AD707LVP is a two component 93% (+/- 1%) solids epoxy colored coating designed for applications where a high solids primer is needed before applying high solids or 100% solids topcoats for build coats over concrete.

This product does not self level as well as AD707 100% solids, so if applying heavy, such as at a rate of less than 100 sqft per gal, then use AD707. At that rate it can be easily applied with or without squeegee. If you are unsure, it helps to float it out with a squeegee then roll over to smooth it out. At rates over 150 sqft per gal, then you will not need a self-leveling material like AD707, AD707LVp will work great for you. Another option is to purchase AD707 and add 1 cup of xyxlene to 3 gals and essentially have the same product as AD707LVP. Doing that will yield a tad more material but many customers would rather not hassel with doing that and adding the extra cost of the xylene. Alot of your decision depends on the square footage. AD707LVP is a fairly new product specifically formulated for use as a primer over a heavily shot blasted floor.  This formula has been adjusted to provide a second use as a high solids build coat to substitute AD707.  AD707LVP is the low viscous formula of the AD707.  It is 93% solids and much easier to spread.  No squeegee is needed as provides very similar results.  We recommend this product over AD707 if you don’t feel comfortable working with the thicker 100% solids epoxy.  Many customers gave very positive feedback after going with the AD707 saying that it wasn’t as bad as they thought but we would rather make sure you are prepared to the fullest so you have a pleasant installation experience.  Last thing you want is to be short on material because you were not prepared or warned about its properties.  Read data sheets before buying any 100% solids epoxy.  It really is not that bad we just want you to give you the knowledge to lay a long lasting, great looking floor.
