AD7940 - Concrete Conditioner with Stain Guard
A one component water based ultra-small particle size self-crosslinking hydrophobic organic polymer and silane/siloxane designed specifically for use in the grind and polish of concrete/cement as a surface conditioner and stain guard.
AD Polymers concrete colorant is formulated to take the place of concrete stain which is had to apply and
requires a lot more prep than simply power washing. Gives the look etch stained concrete without the hassle.
| Coverage Per Gallon: The Colorant will normally cover 600-800 square feet per gallon on mechanically finished concrete and 300 – 400 square feet per gallon on porous concrete. Coverage can vary dependent on the concrete porosity and texture. | Packaging Information: This product is available in a quart container (about 0.20 gallons) that when mixed with water will yield 1 gallon. Add 4 parts water to one part Concentrate by volume. |

| Cure Schedule: (70 °) After the first coat application, allow the material to dry one hour or until totally tack free before additional coats are applied. Allow the colorant to thoroughly dry before applying the Concrete Sealer. |

AD17 Water Repellent and Sealer (horizontal)
AD17 is a one component water based sodium methyl siliconate solution designed to impart water repellency to a wide variety of surfaces. The siliconate reacts with moisture and carbon dioxide in the air to form an insoluble water resistant resin. This product offers low water absorption that is maintained for long periods of time. Even exterior applications with AD17 show little change in water repellency over a five to ten year period.
AD21 Water Repellent and Sealer (vertical)
AD21 is a one component water based multifunctional self-crosslinking water soluable alkylalkoxy silane and siloxane designed to treat a wide variety of mineral substrates including architectural concrete, concrete block, splitface block, pavers, stucco, porous and dense brick, clay tile, exposed aggregate concrete, sandstone, and slate.

Concrete Colorant and Sealer Kit
One kit covers 300-400 sqft of porous concrete depending on the roughness of the concrete. Additional coats of colorant for darker appearance. If additional only colorant is wanted purchase seperate from the kit. Each kit contains 1 bottle of concentrate to make a gallon of colorant, and 1 bottle of concentrate to make a gallon of sealer.
Concrete Colorant Only
Colorant only - 1 quart of colorant stain. Makes 1 gallon of stain to cover 300-400 sqft depending on how porous the concrete. Additional layers will give a darker appearance.
