Epoxy Mortar is a heavy duty, trowelled floor topping that can be used to patch or resurface concrete. The system is composed of a unique blend of aggregates and polymer resins. This system is used for environments requiring an industrial grade floor or when a concrete floor has sustained damage requiring a ¼” surface restoration.
Standard System Includes:
Primer - AD162 Power Trowel Primer
Mortar- AD110 Regular Epoxy Mortar or AD220- Resurfacer used for badly pitted floors
PT Aggregate Blend
Grout Coat- AD94 Epoxy Mortar Grout Coat
Wear Coat (optional) - AD322 - High Performance Urethane
Standard slurry resurfacing system includes:
AD15 or AD144 Primer
AD115 100% solids epoxy and sand aggregate. Add or reduce sand to meet specific requirements
After resurfaced, apply any flooring system – chip system – single color – quartz
AD821 Crack Filler (Fast Set)
Used for filling sawcuts and other small cracks including hair line cracks in concrete prior to coating.
AD1 Epoxy mortar Coving
AD1 is a three component 100% solids epoxy mortar designed for cove base surface applications. This product has specially selected aggregate and ingredients to provide easy construction of cove bases with the use of a marginal trowel or other cove base application tools.
AD818 Crack Filler
AD818 is a two component 100% solids epoxy crack filler designed for shallow repair on either vertical or horizontal surfaces. This product is easy to mix and use and has a non-critical mix ratio. Additionally, the product, because it is a 100% solids formulation, can be applied thicker on horizontal surfaces when required.

AD601 Under Water crack paste
AD601 is a two component 100% solids epoxy gel designed for shallow repair on either vertical or horizontal surfaces. This product is easy to mix and has a non-critical mix
ratio. Additionally, the product, because it is a 100% solids formulation, can be applied thicker on horizontal surfaces when required. This product can be used where
contamination from water can occur during the cure process or it can be used directly underwater.

For oil contaminated floor and industrial oil contaminated wood block floors.
AD162 - Power Trowel Primer
AD162 is a two component 100% solids epoxy mortar primer designed for use as the base coat when installing a power troweled epoxy floor overlay. This product helps reduce application time and effort while providing excellent adhesion between the substrate and epoxy overlay.
