Electro Static Dissipative (ESD) Coatings

Electro Static Dissipative (ESD) flooring systems are used in industries where static control is required. Whether your needs are a thin mil decorative system or a quarter inch overlay, we can provide color and quality never before available. Unlike conductive wax finishes that can lose electrical properties shortly after application, these products will stand the test of time. The electro powders used will not slough off or abrade away in any type of environment.

-AD314C- AD314C is a two component aliphatic polyurethane floor coating that exhibits excellent characteristics for abrasion, chemical resistance, flexibility, weathering, uv stability and static dissipative properties. The electroconductive powders used will not slough off or abrade and retain their conductive properties regardless of temperature, and unlike ionics, the performance is independent oh humidity so it is ideal for any environment.

-AD173C-  AD173C when used in conjunction with a suitable primer, provides excellent abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and static dissipative properties. The electroconductive ingredients used will not wear off and retain their conductive properties regardless of temperature, and unlike ionics, the performance is independent of humidity.-

AD153CP- AD153CP is a two component solvent based epoxy primer that exhibits excellent characteristics for abrasion resistance and static dissipative properties. Another outstanding feature for this product is the excellent substrate penetration which results in excellent adhesion characteristics.

-AD135CP- AD135CP is a two component solvent based epoxy primer that exhibits excellent characteristics for abrasion resistance and static dissipative properties. Another outstanding feature for this product is the excellent substrate penetration which results in excellent adhesion characteristics.
