Kitchen - Interior Wood Floor

This was a kitchen floor a customer did on a wood floor in a residential kitchen.  This floor was then top coated with AD127MUV. 

1- AD811 crack filler
2- AD10 prime coat
3- AD77 100% solids epoxy broadcast coat
4-Throw (broadcast)  chips.
5- AD127MUV top coat

Day 1
 
Steps 1 and 2 can be done in 3 hours
  After tack-free; 3-4 hours, perform steps 3 and 4
                    (Start project early in day.)
Day 2
Step 5 - takes up to 1 hour
               (light foot traffic after 6-8 hours)

*Don't forget to clean surface and tape base walls.

Consider AD339 for top coating.  Please read data sheet before using.  Pot life is very short which provides a fast turn around time.  For a small area it may be a good choice.

Primer AD10

AD77 build coat - Chip Coat

Broadcast into wet AD77

1/16th inch full broadcast.

Roughen-up with #50 sandpaper

AD77 - @ 90sqft/gal with .125 chip multiplier

AD127MUV single coat top coat at 120 sqft/gal.

Started at 9:00am - Top coated at 7pm. Walked on the following Morning.
