Factory tough industrial textured epoxy coating

Materail below is for up to 550 sqft.

AD134 - 2 gals for a two car garage
AD85 - 3 gals
Purchase both prodcuts in the same color. A 1/8" notched squeegee is a must with AD85. After squeegeed out, evenly roll AD85 until floor is coated then roll in the direction you want the texture. Most common direction is rolling towards the doors.

Pre-Blended Quartz Blends
Quartz - 5 Bag Minimum
(Exception Camel and Granite Blue has no minimum order)
Shipping rates at checkout may not be accurate due to the weight/cost ratio of the quartz compared to other materials available.

The best way to install a quarts floor is with 2 coats of AD129 and tossing quartz into each coat.  Then two coats of AD311 urethane.   AD129 first coat 140 sqft per gal then hand broadcast quartz into that.  Second coat around 100 sqft per gal.  Second coat recommended to ensure a perfect even finish with a durable build.  Before top coating inspect the entire surface for high spots or rougher areas maybe cause by drips, or squeegee marks that didn't get rolled out with a roller.

Urethane goes on thin so two coats will be needed.  Surface will be plenty rough even after two coats.  First coat 275 sqft per gal then second 300 sqft per gal.  First coat won't look like much is on it due to the roughness of the quartz. If you are going for a smoother finish top coat with AD127MUV at a rate of 140 sqft per gal. May also want a second coat of urethane at a rate of 320 sqft per gal.

These instructions are very basic. If you are considering quarts fill out the project form located on the front page with your project size and use of floor.
