AD Polymers copolymer Rubber Roof Coating is a synthetic rubber coating that transforms most existing roof membranes into an attractive and highly reflective surface with enhanced weathering characteristics.
The copolymer roof coating creates a monolithic membrane that has excellent elongation, tensile strength, UV resistance, low temperature flexibility, and superior adhesion properties. Our Acrylic Roof Coating is an acrylic self-plasticizing monolithic roof coating that withstands ultraviolet light, temperature extremes, mildew, and normal foot traffic. This flexible membrane will accommodate building movement without cracking or splitting. The coating can be applied to most common roof substrates such as wood, concrete, metal, single plys, and foam roofing.
The acrylic coating can be applied in one, two, or three coat applications and can be brushed, rolled, or sprayed. Our acrylic coatings come in a variety of colors and function with or without fabric reinforcement.
AD812 Acrylic Roof Coating
AD812 is an acrylic self-plasticizing monolithic roof coatings that withstands ultraviolet light, temperature extremes, mildew, and weathering and normal foot traffic. This flexible membrane will accommodate building movement without cracking or splitting. The built in flexibility is maintained at lower temperatures.
AD814 Copolymer Roof Coating
Rool-on rubber roof coating. Great for mobile homes, barns, garages, and EPDM roofs.
AD814R Copolymer Liquid Rubber Walkway
AD814R is an elastomeric copolymer rubber based liquid with rubber granules incorporated to provide texture and slip resistance. The modified formulation has excellent elongation, UV resistance and weathering characteristics. This flexible textured membrane also has excellent resistance to ozone as well as low temperature flexibility. AD814R liquid rubber walkway has displayed good adhesion to many properly prepared substrates including EPDM.
